Put simply, prebiotics are food for probiotics! And probiotics are live bacteria that naturally live in your body. (Notice the PRE- vs PRO- prefix. There's a difference!) Probiotics are 'good bacteria' that are important for a healthy gut, and in turn, overall health. So it's important to feed them what they like. And they LOVE prebiotics, like the fiber in Halfday.

Great question! Halfday was started because of our cofounder Kayvon's journey with ulcerative colitis. You can learn about that on the Our Story section of our website. Also, did you know that on average, Americans get less than a third of their daily recommended intake of fiber. This nutrient is important to digestive health and we're on a mission to make it easier for you to consume fiber in fun and delicious ways, like iced tea!

Halfday has created the GOODDAY Prebiotic Blend, which is a combination of 3 different, high-quality prebiotic sources. It consists of Cassava Root Fiber, Organic Agave Inulin, and Fructan Fiber. We believe that 3 fiber sources are better than one to help keep your gut feeling great.

Organic Agave Inulin: A natural superfood that feeds the good bacteria in your gut, helping with digestion and overall wellness.

Cassava Root Fiber: Fiber that keeps things moving and helps you feel full longer.

Fructan Fiber: A prebiotic that supports gut balance and nutrient absorption.

Halfday is sweetened by using a blend of fruit juices, organic raw cane sugar and a mild form of stevia. All of which combine to create the perfect classic iced tea taste.

We only use 3-5g of sugar in each can of Halfday, but they taste like the classic iced teas that you know and love.

It's always a good idea to check in with your healthcare provider before introducing something new to your diet while pregnant or breastfeeding.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that children under 12 avoid caffeine altogether, while those aged 12-18 should limit their intake to 100mg per day. Halfday has a small amount of caffeine in each bottle, that is naturally occurring in the tea leaves. Depending on the flavor, Halfday contains between 25-50mg of caffeine. Nope! It's shelf stable but for best taste, we highly recommend you chill it before sipping....or chugging.

We are shipping our new era iced teas all throughout the United States. We haven't gotten our passport yet, but when we do go international we'll be sure to let you know.

There are limitations, which prevent us from shipping certain products to some geographical locations in the U.S. The locations include U.S. territories, protectorates, P.O. Boxes, military installations (APO/FPO addresses), and diplomatic posts (DPO addresses).

Halfday does not accept product returns or exchanges. See Section 21 of our Terms of Service for the full policy. For purchases through Amazon or another retailer, check that seller's policies and contact them about your order.
